Just Starting

I am getting ready for my first surgical consultation. A bit apprehensive and quite anxious. Just looking for advice on anything that you think will help. Im open to all suggestions. Also looking for a shoulder cause I'm really scared. I know that this has to be done because I have tried everything else.:Bunny I am located in the Portland Oregon/ Vancouver Washington area...After researching it out ....I have turned to Legacy Institute in NW Portland...with Dr Emma Patterson..I am looking forward to all the suggestions and little tidbits from the ones who walked this road and from the others that are still walking it before me..
