Motivated....not me

Hey Guys,

I was banded in Oct of 2007, I've since lost 37lbs, bought an eliptical, weights,T-Tapp, and pilates, I did good for about 1 month, now i have nomotivation to exercise, any suggestions to get my A$$ moving again, if I continue to gain 5 pounds, and then loose the same 5 pounds over and over, I'am gonna loose it!!!

well, technically not losing the weight should be motivation enough ... :)

but ... when i exercise, i feel energized ... how do YOU feel after a tough work out? do you feel great, wonderful like you could take on the world?

does it boost your energy, relieve your stress?

just get up and do it ... you'll lose those 5 pounds - and they'll stay lost.

Don't look at it as an all or nothing thing. Just do 5 minutes. After a few days you will be doing more just because it feel more comfortable to do it longer. Play a game with yourself. You cant do something you LOVE until you do the 5 minutes. Put notes on the mirror asking if you did your 5 minutes. If you have a friend who will help ask them to give you a call every day to ask the same question.

Good luck!!
