A productive Burp, is a bandster form of bringing up offending food. Others might refer to it as throwing up, but it is usually not that severe....although that is not always the case.

They can range from a mild hiccup, to hours long, painful regurgitation of the offending food item. The biggest difference in a PB and vomiting is that there is nothing in a PB except food and saliva/slime----no stomach acids.

They happen for several reasons, overeating, eating too fast, too big of bites.....basically not following the bandster way of eating. They are unpleasant, and often without much warning---so you learn from them-----aversion therapy.

Most people end up experiencing them.....me included!!!
