Hi everyone I am 6 days out of surgery. I have been on clear liquids except for the proetein shake (whey protein+1 tsp sugar free choc pudding + soymilk and ice blended) I have had 2 of these one yesterday and one this morning. I only did half a glass (I could have done more, but I am trying to be good.) I have zero energy and feel like I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat. I plan to start walking this afternoon, but I really need some energy. For some reason I am craving tuna fish!!! And I can't tell if this rumbley feeling is hunger or my tummy telling me I have too much?? I had a half cup of broth for lunch.
