lowest fat cheese

Why is it the weeks i have low fat cheese, i lose very little or not at all, doent happen if i have chocolate or anything else, just with cheese and stay within my calories??:thumbs_up:

    Maybe the cheese is high in sodium and it makes you retain Water.

    Maybe you have a slight allergy/intolerance to the cheese and it makes you retain water.

    Maybe it is just a coincidence.

    Low fat cheese is yucky anyways. :)
