Nausea after fill?

So both times after my 2 fills now I have felt like I am going to puke. They barely put anything in each time, and I had no problem drinking.

The Dr. was not concerned with it.

Does this happen to any of you? The receptionist tells me it is common, but it kind of sucks. I may start taking a Zofran before I get filled from now on.

I'm also having some strange pain around my port which caused them to cancel my 3rd fill. Which also sucks because I haven't lost anything in a month.

I had my first fill of 2cc's. 5 days later I started feeling nausea on and off all day everyday. I was suppose to get a 2nd fill which was cxl'ed due to this....doctor even took out my first 2 cc's. Still had nausea. I went back a week later and they replaced the 2 cc's and it was too much! They had to take out 1/2 cc.I was able to drink ok however about 10-15 mins later I felt like I was choking. I ended up in the ER with my doc taking the fill out. Today is day 23 with nausea and NO FILL.

So I understand and listen to your body if it isn't feeling right then it just may npt be right.

Hang in here!,,,,,,, I hope things change soon for me.

I just had my first fill today and I too am nauseated. My doctor said it was normal and I was glad to read your post. I think I'm going to go try and have some yogurt and hopefully feel better tonight. I did just get back from a 10 day cruise and was happy that I didn't gain any weight. I felt like I was eating all the time!! I'm so happy I had this surgery!
