Ok, so I've been lurking for awhile and thought it was time to post as I am approaching goal soon. It's been an amazing journey. Hasn't been easy but definitely been the best decision I've made recently. I'm looking forward to working on maintaining the weight loss.

kintime, you look wonderful in your pictures. The change is amazing and very motivating. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much, you too look amazing. How have you been holding up as you approach your goal? I recently took a little break from getting filled so I can let my mind catch up with my body. For some reason, I still see myself a lot bigger than I am. When I go shopping I would usually go for 2/3 sizes larger than I am. And for a while I would still be checking out the plus size sections. The break has been really helpful for me, and I am do much better in the body image department.

Wow!! You really can see the difference!! You are doing phenomenal!! Keep up the great work. Don't get "down" if other people don't notice right away. I am down 30lbs and have not had ANY comments yet!!! I know that I am looking and feeling good, so that is all that matters!!!

I guess I am finally brave enough to post a couple of pictures. I really do not have a lot of before or after pictures because I usually avoid pictures like the plague, but I am beginning to see that maybe pictures aren't so bad after all.

75 pounds down and almost at goal. I will take some more current full length shots soon :0)

I am going to try this again. I think I have it figured out. here are my 9 month surgery anniversary pics. peach top is day before liquid diet. White top is 10/04/2008 which was my 9 month surgery anniversary day.

bandfan1 - thanks! Those pics are getting a bit old now, I REALLY have to get some new ones done. I think I will get my girl friend to take some of me next week and put up a new comparison.

Everyone is doing great. It's amazing how far we've come. I only wish I had done this sooner.
