Clearblue Easy Digital Ovulation Predictor

I have PCOS and have not had a normal period without provera in over 2 years. I had lapband surgery on 2-26-08 have have lost 20 pounds so far. Three weeks after surgery I had my first period ON MY OWN !! YIPEE !!

My question is: I now want to use an ovulation predictor to see if I am ovulating. I purchased the clearblue easy digital.

Anyone with PCOS used this?

Also, it says not to urinate for 4 hours before using, is this true?

Well they never worked well for me d/t the pcos. I think the temping and checking cervical mucous is much better. There is a book called "taking charge of your fertility" I highly highly highly recommend it!
