Need a fill Doctor...

I live in Eastern AR and I am looking for a fill doctor in AR, MS, TN that WILL NOT JUDGE me for having my surgery done in Mexico. I have contacted a few and everyone was so hateful not mention charging upwards of $1000 for a consult and a fill. My surgery is scheduled for the 11th of April and I really would like to have one lined up before. Any suggestions and has anyone else expereinced this?
