Three smokes and 20 miles a day.

Today was my two week post-op visit to my surgeon.

He walks in, looks at my belly, says everything looks great. Then he looks at my chart and says..."Three smokes a day? Do you smoke?"

"What? No I don't smoke. What are you talking about?" Then he looked at the chart again and said, "Oh, this must say three shakes a day." (A nurse came in and took the preliminary info from me before he saw me and I told her I drink three powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury drinks a day.)

Then he said, "I see you're up and moving. 20 miles a day?" I laughed and said, "Sure, I WALKED here today." (After I'd just mentioned I lived two hours away.) LOL Then he looked embarrassed and said, "Oh, I guess that m. stands for minutes instead of miles." LOLOLOLOL

I told him that his nurse had been hanging around doctors too long. She needed a penmanship class!
