Breast augmentation March 27th

Hi everyone,

I'm going for my breast augmentation on March 27th. I'm having submuscular placement of saline implants via armpit incisions. I'm embarrassed posting my pics, but I'm going to do it anyway, all the plastic surgery pics are so inspiring and helpful so I figured I'd go ahead. I was a C before the weight loss and breastfeeding, now I'm a deflated B, I'm going for a full D, maybe DD, not sure yet. I'll post my before pics later. I really appreciate it when people post their plastic surgery pics, so I hope this will maybe help someone else make their decisions on breast surgery anyway.

I'm nervous and excited, can't wait to wear a bra and not be constantly falling out of it. And to be able to wear a bathing suit and look alright. I'm borderline needing a lift, the larger implants should lift me a bit.

Thanks to everyone for your pictures and stories along your PS journey, it really, truly does help others.

Good for you! I'm an A/B and looking for a small D. I should be able to get mine in the next 3 month. I have about 10 lbs to lose before she said I am qualified. I can't wait to fit into my bathing suit. I swear., I have the incredible shrinking breasts!
