Do you ever worry you'll be ugly afterwards?

This may seem like a strange question, but I've seen this happen enough that it worries me sometimes...a person loses a ton of weight and their face ends up being uglier than before. For those of us that have been overweight our entire lives, we have no idea what our face will look like without the padding.

Do you ever worry that you'll be less attractive after you've lost all the weight than you are now? (Face only--we know our bodies will look better no matter what!)

you know, thats exactly what ive been scarred of. i would hate to be fat, get skinny then be ugly...

still being ugly and skinny is better than ugly and fat i think

purplegirl I just saw your progress pics!!! You have nothing to fear about being ugly - you are absolutely beautiful!!! You look happier and healthier with each picture in your collage!

wombat

I want to know if your twin agrees with that!!! LOL:lol: or do you each think you look younger than the other?

lol - I don't think she would admit that at all.

She has had a much harder life than me (two messy divorces and now on to her 3rd marriage). It shows in her face and everyone else does not believe we are the same age.

Nope, not worried at all. I would rather be thin and healthy over pretty but fat and diabetic anyday!!
