Anybody have Cigna?

Looking for anyone who has had experience with Cigna insurance. Preferrably in Kentucky.

They've told me they cover it but they're making me jump thru hoops.:smile2:

I have Cigna and yes it is a long process. Mine pays 90% I pay the other 10%. The surgery itself is costing me 1200.00 there is $500 you pay immediately out of pocket because they know the insurance won't cover it. It will end up costing me around 2000.00 out of pocket. If you haven't used up your hsa and deductable they will factor in as well. The Georgetown bariatric facility has a contract with Cigna so there are discounts.
