Update for Striver

Hi all,

:)

Just to let you all know after surgery 18/2 I am fine.

Op went well -Day 3 post op - it is today and apart from minor discomfort I feel just so weak.

Seem to have a bout of diarrhea since yesterday, but its manageable.

I am home with my feet up and being spoilt by my teenage daughters and hubby - enjoying it while I can.

I will write a longer detail of the entire experience when I have more energy.

Thanks to all for their good wishes and prayers.

regards

M:smile2:

I'm glad all has gone well for you M. It really took me 2 1/2 weeks to feel pretty much back to normal, and before that I even felt a little blue. I hope all goes well for your recovery and you are soon back on your feet. Just remember to take plenty of time to rest.

Hi Striver. Congrats on the surgery. Hope you are well. I was in contact with you while you were deciding on having the surgery. I read that you did decide to go through SIOS, the guys that did my surgery. Who did you end up having as your surgeon? For me Dr Taylor was outstanding. Aren't the staff amazing? Hope all continues to go well for you.
