Getting banded 3/18 in Mexico

Hello all....I am new here. My name is Amanda. I am 32, married with 3 small children (5,4 and 2) and currently weight 241:frown:. My highest weight was 287:eek:. I have done tons of research and have decided to go to Tijuana, Mexico and have my surgery with Dr. Ortiz. So, I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Anyone going at the same time as me?

    Good luck and make sure to take care of the incisions. Those were the worst for me. They got infected and it really sucked, however there are a lot of advantages to this surgery. Just be careful and take good care of yourself. make sure to get good sleep and rest.
