I can see my ribs!!!

I had my lap-band surgery just over a year ago, and am down almost 90 pounds, with between 60-80 left to go. Today I was at the store trying on bras since none of my old ones fit, and when I lifted my arms to make sure everything stayed put, I can see my rib cage!

I know most people would look at me like I was crazy for thinking this was a big deal, but I really wanted to share because I can't remember the last time this happened! I'm at my lowest weight in at least 8 years based on clothing sizes (I never used a scale until about 5 years ago) and am only going to go down from here.

Anyway, I just wanted to share with people who would understand.

WOOHOO congrats on seeing your ribs. I still have no sign of them, I carry most of my weight in my stomach, which I swear feels like it'll never go away. I do have hip bones now though.
