Unfill for Plastic Surgery

I told my band doctor that I was having brachioplasty next week and he wants to remove some of my fill on Monday (he wasn't clear on how much). I am currently at 7.8 cc's in my VG band. Is this a common practice? SInce I only spoke to the nurse I really didn't have a chance to ask why. Did any of you have this experience?

Thanks

Eugenia

Puddin, like the others, I'm so glad to see you back. Please stay in touch and let us know how you're doing, we care!

Hugs!

Dr. J, thanks for sharing the reason for the unfill.
