I have a scale that tells me what percentage of my weight is water weight.

But I don't remember what that percentage should be and can't find the papers that came with it. Can anyone help me with this?

    thanks for the reply. That is the same scale I have but I have never been 45 to 60% I guess I will have to work on it now that I know.
