Don't Fear the Fill

I went to get my fill this morning and man was it fast. I thought it would take longer than it did, but I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. The fill part was sooo quick. I was so surprised. Looking at the fluoroscopy was pretty cool too!!

Yeah, the chicken in me feared the fill too, and then after my first one I realized that much like the surgery there was nothing to worry about. You are right Brickgirl, watching the floro was cool and it totally distracted me from the needle :-)

I just had my first fill yesterday too and I was scared sick. I cannot believe how easy it was!! I was in and out in 10 mins as well. I only got 2 cc's which I wish I got more but as the saying goes "Slow and steady wins the race!" So I will just be patient! Good luck!

I only have 2cc's in my band too. The fill was kind of creepy feeling, but really not a big deal. :rolleyes2:
