Hi im Tammie from Australia and I have just had lap band done on the 22 jan. I wish i had talked to others that had it done before i had mine done but i do have a very good support group in my family but they don't know what it is like to go through so yeh it was hard and i was scared. But im 7 days post opp and im starting to feel a little more like my old self i just hope it all keeps getting better as the days past. But i still feel hungrey which i wa told i wouldn't and the pain was a shock i did not expect it to be like it was but all is getting better.
