How long for liquids after a fill?

I know my doctor recommends 2 days of liquids after a fill, but do you think that is 48 hours, or do you think it means to eat a mushie/solid Breakfast on the third day after a fill?

Thanks for any input -

My doc says to drink liquids for the remainder of that day of the fill, and then solids the next day is fine to start again. I would think 48 hours probably isn't meaning literally down to the 48th hour...I would think a regular breakfast the 3rd day after would be fine.
