Lapband PMS Munchies

Help I need some suggestions for what to eat when I have PMS Munchies?

I am one month out from surgery so I can eat regular foods. I need help with finding something crunchy, salty and low carb to fill that craving every month.

Have you tried the 100-calorie packs? You can find them in a lot of different types, Cheezits, cookies, etc., and they're the perfect size for bandsters. They fill you up without letting you eat a ton of calories. Not necessarily super-low carb, but not high in calories, either.

I get the munchies during PMS too. Popcorn works well for me. The good thing for me is that I get good restriction during TOM to get me back on track if the munchies get the best of me during PMS.

Have you seen Calbee Snap Pea Crisps? One serving (1 oz ~ 22 snap peas) is 150 cal, 8 g fat, 1 g carb, 5 g protein. Much better than chips and they satisfy my crunchy, salty cravings when I'm PMSing. Amazon has a pretty good price if they sound good and you can't find them locally.
