My husband had the lap band surgery 9 days ago. Yesterday he noticed that the port started feeling like a small knot inside and by the evening it felt more like a golfball.

Should we be concerned or is this norma? It does not hurt, but is tender if touched. No redness or signs of infection.

I would for sure call the office and try to get in to see somone. Keep us posted on the outcome and hope all goes well.
