Surgery by Jan 31

First of all I want to tell that this forum is very helpfull and people arround are very nice. Sorry for my bad english, it is not my first language.

I am from Quebec. My doctor is S. Miller at Drummondville. I hope it is going to be good. I am a bit afraid by surgery... no, I am very afraid by surgery to be honest :cool2:

Actually, I am on the pre-op diet. It's not easy.. but I will survive.

I have to go at the restaurant very often for business diner. Today, I have a big dilema... should I say that I can't go to the restaurant... or just go and drink water? It will be hard to be there and dont eat... On the other hand... when I quit smoking 18 month ago, I never run away to avoid other smokers... What do you think?

Don't worry about your english writing it was fine.

I went out to eat during my pre opt liquid phase. My nutritionist allowed me to have vegetables, so I ordered broth based veggie soup and requested no pasta or potatoes in it. Then a salad with the dressing on the side.

See if your doctor will allow you that kind of meal for eating out.

Good Luck with everything too!!!
