Officially Banded

Hey,

I am officially banded as of Wednesday 16th at 2:30pm, by Dr Watson. It was a great experience, I wioke up in a bit of pain, mostly my throat was sore and my mouth dry, the pain killers worked pretty fast and by Thursday morning I was ready to go. I still have a bit of pain in my shoulder from the gas, but apart from that, i feel normal.

My husband was a darling and made me some chicken broth which I have loved. I have also stocked up on some Up and Go Breakfast drinks, and have been sipping Water all day long :-)

I am glad its over and now looking forward to the new thinner me :)

Welcome to the club, Cherry Blue! Dr Watson seems to be a great surgeon. All of his patients that I have heard tell their stories (including me!) say that they have had a really easy recovery time. He must have extra gentle hands when in there or something :)
