I get banded in 7 days and I am trying to get a handle of the no drinking with meals. This seams to be the hardest for me!
My question is...can we chew gum right after meals? My doc says gum is OK. I would usually drink something to just "freshen" my mouth after eating, especially at the office.
To chew or not to chew. I have a call into my dietician but think getting so input from people who have been in my place is a great idea!!:tt1:
My pre-op is a modified Atkins with 60-100 grams of Protein and 30 carbs, do I have a few more days of actual chewing food.
