Losing too fast?

I'll be a week post-op tomorrow and I wonder if I'm losing too quickly? I started a full liquid diet on Jan 2nd, had surgery on Jan 9th and I've lost 14 lbs. already. That's a pound a day. Is that unhealthy? Since I'm on liquids, I only get in between 400-600 cals a day.

Thanks! I'm a little worried that my hair is going to fall out or something!

That sounds about right...I lost 20 pounds in two weeks after my surgery, so you will lose alot more....make sure you are getting enough protien in your liquids and you should be more than fine.

:clap2:

Week 1 post-op I lost 20 pounds and week 2 was another 10. Trust me it will start to slow down, but then exercise will help you speed it up again. I'm 4 months post-op and lost 7 pounds in the last week and 8 the week before that. Exercise and watching what you eat helps a lot.
