Heat at site ?

Hello again....

I was banded on Dec. 27th. My healing has seemed to be going well, but now I am having some heat at the port site ? Anyone know if this is a bad thing, or is it just a healing thing ? Thank you in advance !

Does it look infected? Mine was red and hot after my first fill... I ended up on antibiotics. I recommend you talk to your doctor.

Ditto---hot and red at the port site generally mean an infection is starting and I'm sure your surgeon will want to start you on antibiotics if so. He's the best person to contact...!
