TX Newbie

Hi, All!

I was banded on August 20th, 2007 by Dr. Hollis at True Results in Houston, TX. I weighed in at 222 on that date and am currently at 180. I have had 4 fills, the last one being December 19th. I am at 7.2 cc in a 10 cc band. This fill has given me true restriction. I was worried that the fill was too tight in the beginning, but realized I really had to learn to work it now. Eat slowly, small bites...all the things we were told from the beginning, but I had never really felt restricted enough to need like I need now. I am very happy I went through with the surgery and thrilled with the results thus far. I look forward to chatting with my fellow bandsters!:biggrin1:
