Stupid me I ate the wrong thing help!

so now i was dumn and i ate some non-mushie items because they went down with no problem. Now I have a lump of moderate pain under my port/ribcage. any ideas how to get rid of it quickly?

I have also read on this site that if something hot doesn't work then to try pineapple juice. It is on my list of things to get for post op.

Apple juice works a treat for me... has worked every time. Haven't had to throw anything up since being banded.
