Can't remember a Dr name.

I am trying to find the name of a popular, older, plastic surgeon from Mexico. I believe his clinic was in Monterrey MX. I had an estimate from him about 4 years ago but now I can't seem to find his information. He had about a year wait list back then. Does anyone have any ideas on what his name was?
