I’m having bypass on January 2nd. I’m having a revision from a sleeve to a bypass.

January 8th.... Liquid diet phase for Sleeve.

I am in love with Glucenera Hunger Smart Vanilla and Chocolate. I used the vanilla and decaf ginger tea as a latte.

What's your go to?

Hello Newbie to the Site here, I have a scheduled date for January 8, 2024. Good Luck and Well Wishes to all of you!

Yes, I started my pre-op on Dec. 24th, on day 7. It hasn't been fun or easy going through the holidays on the pre-op diet, but I keep telling my self that nothing worth doing is usually easy. I am also nervous, yet excited at the same time. I am ready for the new journey, been a long time coming. Keep positive, were almost there!

Thanks for your reply!! I haven’t started mine yet, starting today and going to fast few days before too. Hope yours goes well!!! Best of luck and keep me posted on your progress! B x

@Bluebell_1980 I have been on a liver-shrinking diet since December 19—no sugar or starchy foods, no carbs—fat-free. I'll start a clear liquid diet on January 3 and 4, then have surgery on January 5. I already did my pre-op labs, and the labs look really good—no more fatty liver.
