Holiday desserts?

My family always has so many pies and cakes at Christmas, which I obviously can't eat.

I made a pumpkin cheesecake (from this site) for Thanksgiving- it was all low fat and made with splenda products...

Does anyone have good cake/pie recipes that we (lapband lovelies) can have?

I would love a cheesecake one, and I could probably just adjust the pumpkin one, but I can't figure out how to do that...

Thanks in advance!

You might want to check online for some diabetic dessert recipes. Those are usually creative in eliminating fat and sugar to keep calories lower. Many use Sugar Free/fat free instant puddings mixed with skim milk and with cool whip light.
