Sex after surgery

There is so many amazing new qualities I love about sex after surgery. I do have to say there are some down sides too. Please share with me your good and bad experiences about post op sex. I'm really struggling trying to find a doggy style position that won't shatter my tale bone, my junk in the trunk is limited since losing over 200 lbs, to be honest lol. I would love to get some feed back and maybe some advice.
