I understand that you have been experiencing extreme diarrhea for the past few days, and it seems to be happening every time you eat. It's important to note that several things, including changes in diet, medication side effects, or an underlying medical condition, can cause diarrhea. I recommend talking to your surgeon about this issue as soon as possible, as they may want to do some tests or adjust your diet to help alleviate your symptoms. In the meantime, you may try avoiding foods known to cause diarrhea, such as high-fiber foods, spicy foods, and foods high in sugar. Drinking plenty of Water and other clear fluids can also help to prevent dehydration. And it's important to note that if these symptoms persist or you have any other concerning symptoms, please seek immediate medical attention.

Just a thought but did they remove your gall bladder when they found your stone and if so how long ago? Diarrhoea can be a side effect of having your gall removed. (Takes time for the body to get used to not having gall to regulate the acid entering your stomach.) Mine persisted for about two months after my surgery though not as severe as yours. My surgeon advised if it persisted or got worse I was to contact him.

Drinking my favorite Premier Protein Shake for breakfast, and planned a nice healthy lunch today. Protein first, Veg second, then fruit, and carbs last.  💪

Hello, I am 53 years old and just in the beginning of my process.  Lost my required weight prior to surgery, Psychological evaluation completed, meet with surgeon, meeting monthly with dietitian and now waiting for the perapproval from insurance.  Hoping for April or May.  Still to do on my list is joining a support group.  My weight loss clinic has one but I would like this as an option too.  I will be having the gastric sleeve surgery.  Excited for this journey.   Thanks for your support.
