Surgery date set!!

I’m relatively new here. It’s been hard finding other folks who are having/had the MGB. So grateful for this forum. My surgery date has been set for 8/29. I’m excited and nervous all at the same time. I started the liver shrinking diet this AM and so far so good. Any words of wisdom? Things you wish you had known pre-op or just post-op?

    Take lots of pre op photo's and measurements. Don't be worried when the 3 week stall appears, you are not doing anything wrong.
