Time for my monthly measurements and weigh in...
Surgery April 18th. I weigh and measure myself on the 4th of every month.
As you can see this past month has been very minor improvements. I was in a stall for a couple weeks and i think i am breaking the stall.
3 month follow up was last week. Went over blood work and my iron was just 1 point below normal. Otherwise all other vitamin test were in the green.
I am hoping next weigh in i am at least in the 230's to 220's at least.
