Eaten solids on Day 4

I’m on Day 4 after having an Orbera 365 fitted. I’ve foolishly eaten 3 mozzarella sticks and a bit of pepperoni. Will I be ok? Should I make myself sick? Help!

making yourself sick will only make it worse. You are healing - I can't imagine forced vomiting would be anything but harmful on your stomach. Just don't do it again.

Pay close attention to your doctor's diet for you and resist the temptation to cheat, no matter how hard it is. It's dangerous to do anything your doctor hasn't told you is ok to do.
