Reset Password email never came.

Hi. I am trying to update my goal weight which I need to do on my laptop. Well, somehow I got logged out and my password is not working. I tried to recover but the email still has not come after 30 minutes (I checked my junk folder). Is it because it’s past business hours? Or any technical issues going on?? Is there a phone number to contact web support?? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
