Ok, I swear I read somewhere last week that in November of 2021, UMR cut required dietician visits down to 12 weeks. I need my UMR people to help me out here. LOL I went to Beltline Bariatrics last week and am waiting on my referral to a dietician. This will be my 4th attempt to get approved for WLS.

I was with UMR, each group with UMR is different mine was based on my program. For me it was 2 Dietitian appts, psych evaluation, 2 with Nurse practitioner. Took about 4 months total…but because of Covid its been 7 months since my approval. My aunt also had WLS and is UMR and same was with her…

Approval took 2 days after everything was submitted
