sounds like you did the right thing ! I go to the gyn no less than 3x a week, I have meade it as much a part of my routine as drinking water. I miss it when I don't go. and the traners have been so supportive ! Keep up the good work !

I can relate, Monday was my first day back at the gym since last spring. I was really nervous before going in, I even drove around the block to talk myself into going in. But I am so glad I forced my butt on the treadmill. I have been gong every night since. They have now added group classes so Monday I will try Pilates, Tuesday is Tae Boe, I play volleyball on Wednesdays so I don't go to class and on Thursday is a circuit training. I am the largest one, but I can do everything and I feel so much better! My goal is to keep going.

Besides it is definately paying off on the scale. I had set a goal to be at 240 by Christmas, last night after support group, I stepped on the scale and I saw 238.9!!! OMG I about fainted. Much better than 295 this summer!
