Left shoulder pain, gas x doesnt help!

7 days post OP from the sleeve. Had shoulder pain on day 1, then not again until yesterday- it came one time. Gas x helped yesterday but today it hasn't helped at all. I have had this shoulder pain most of the day. It goes away briefly but that's all. Up until yesterday, I was still getting sternum discomfort but that's gone. Is it really normal to have left shoulder pain show up on day 7 and not leave with gas x???? PLEASE ANSWER, as my mind is going to the worst. I DID NOT HAVE A HERNIA REPAIR. I can kind of feel it in my neck too right above shoulder

I've had shoulder pain on and off since my surgery and a lot of it is because the dimensions of my neck/shoulders have changed and my body hasn't adjusted to my "new" shape in terms of how I position myself when I sleep (I was one of those people that didn't really have a neck before and now I do, and I don't think my body's muscle memory knows that yet.)
