I have a Surgery Date!

I am scheduled for Lap Band Surgery on January 8, 2008. I'm starting to get VERY nervous. Since my first appointment with my Dr. (10/29), I've lost 20 pounds. I weigh 237 pounds. My goal is 165 pounds.
