You can try True Results in Scottsdale. Not sure if they will do it but that is the center I had my band and fills through. I also heard there is a Fills Center USA near Desert Ridge area which is in North Phoenix. Good luck.

Here is info on the midband,

The MIDBAND is manufactured by the French company in Lyon, Médical Innovation Développement. It was designed with the advice and guidance of Dr. Vincent Frering after his extensive experience with other bands, such as the American Lapband (Inamed)and the Swedish Band (previously Obtech and now Johnson & Johnson).

The MIDBAND provides a very attractive alternative to conventional surgical methods which are more invasive and irreversible, requiring extended hospitalisation.

The MIDBAND is extremely flexible making it easy to fit. It is inextensible, and the unique double closure system ensures a fastening capacity far in excess of the physiological conditions required.

The MIDBAND has no sharp edges or irregularities therby preserving the gastric wall intact, even in event of rubbing. It is opaque to X rays, making it easy to locate and adjust.
