Cigna denied me for surgery. They said the surgeons office didn't send what they needed. Now the nurse won't be back to July 2nd and I do not know what to do. I feel like the surgeons office just left me sitting here. Any suggestions?

if it's just due to something they need from the surgeon's office, then I wouldn't get too discouraged yet. And July 2nd is just nine days away.... Hopefully this will just mean a slight delay and it'll all work out in the end

what is it they need? and why can't someone else in the office send? This is why my SX collected all the information and sent it as a pack with a SX date.

Ya Im just going to wait at this point. I got everything needed from my Dr and had them fax it. Thank you
