Hi Everyone! I'm so happy I found this group! I've learned a great deal from the forums. I'm 8 weeks out from u RYGB gastric bypass surgery. My stomach feels awful most of the time. I'm nauseous most of the time, especially when I drink any liquid or eat. At times, when I'm drinking water it feels like someone is sticking needles in my stomach. I've not been able to tolerate any dairy yet. My doctor and his team are fantastic, but nothing has helped, herbs, ginger etc. except for Zofran and I really can't take medication forever. No food tastes good or appeals to me. I've also had to have my esophagus dilated 2 times because it becomes so tight that swallowing is difficult. Has anyone else had these issues after a RYBG? I'm really working on not getting discouraged! Any advice would be appreciated. Thank You!
