Suddenly feeling like crap

Hi all. Yesterday I was feeling a bit nauseous and having a little abdominal pain. I didn't eat much because I was feeling gaggy and having some abdominal pain when eating. I was even struggling with my liquids. The abdominal pain I've been feeling is like a sharp pain that is in like my upper abdominal area and between my breasts and sometimes radiates to my back between my shoulder blades. It even woke me up a couple times last night. The pain doesn't last any longer than 30 seconds but can be pretty intense. Also, I do not have my gallbladder. I have contacted my clinic and am waiting for them to call me back, but I just wanted to hear your thoughts while I am waiting.
