Daily change in tastebuds

Has anyone else found their tastebuds continually change? I will try something, love it and eat it regularly for a couple weeks then bam!! I don’t like it anymore!!! I’ve gone through that with cottage cheese, tuna, jerky, cheese, nuts, etc. I’m running out of good protein options for my lunch and snacks!!

It's happened to me a few times. It's not something that has happened frequently but 3 or 4 times I've noticed things have changed in taste as I ate them more and it put me off certain things.

Yes! I thought it was just me!! My taste buds also changed so much from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Immediately post op I just loved cottage cheese, now it tastes like cardboard. I hope this settles down.

Yes!! I used to hate the cauliflower craze and now I love it! Go figure- but I think it also helped I got more creative with how I use it (with stronger flavors). I also need very little for something to taste sweet which is nice.
