Hopefully someone can shed light on what’s happening. I’m 5 weeks post op and today I’ve had horrible constant pain in my upper abdomen. Every time I eat the pain is worse, I’ve only had my shake and couldn’t finish it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This sounds like it might be your gallbladder. Regardless you should see a doctor.

I called and have appointment tomorrow with my surgeon. They’re thinking gallbladder too but I’ll see what happens tomorrow. Liquid diet for now. Thanks for your post

I am going to contact my surgeons office on Monday for the same reason - constant pain and discomfort in upper abdomen (I’m just over 6wks post op)
