Hello everyone

I had my surgery 8/2017. I started at 236 I got down to 157. I had a baby 11/24/2019 :) ❤️ but I am really struggling to get back to my before baby weight. I feel so just sad that I can’t get back to the 157.

I'm not a WLS veteran but by reading others posts most will say to go back to the basics. Do what you did in the beginning. Do you still have the info that was given to you by your WL clinic? If not, give them a call. You did it once so you know you can do it. You can do this!

Have your portion sizes increased alot or have you been eating throughout the day? I'm on 3weeks out and that's what scares me the most

I was sleeved in 2018 and found myself gain weight in 2020. I am now back to the basics of watching portions of 1/2 cup or less, 70g protein, 64 oz water, around 600-800 calories. I have faith it'll get me back to where I need to be. It should work for you too. You can do it!
